✦ Reserving Your Date

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

✦ Cancellations

The $100 deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If I am able to rebook your date with another client and the reserved time is not lost, the deposit may be refunded at my discretion.

✦ Rescheduling

Plans can change. Your deposit may be transferred one time to a new session date within 60 days with advance notice and subject to availability.

✦ Weather & Unexpected Circumstances

If weather affects our session or a serious unexpected situation comes up, we can reschedule at no additional charge.

✦ Final Payment

The remaining balance is due by the time of your session.

✦ Session Time & Late Arrivals

Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session time. You’re always welcome to let me know in advance if you’re running late. If my schedule allows, we can adjust the session time accordingly.

✦ Additional Time

A delay of up to 15 minutes is completely okay. If you need an additional 30 minutes of shooting time, it can be added for $75, subject to availability.

✦ Image Selection

I carefully select the strongest images from your session and deliver all successful, professionally edited photographs. Duplicates, test shots, missed focus images and other unusable frames are not included in the final gallery.

✦ RAW Files

RAW and unedited files are not included with standard photography packages. If you would like to receive RAW files, please let me know before your session so we can discuss the available options.

✦ Number of Images

You can expect 50+ professionally edited photographs per active hour of photography. The final number may be higher depending on the session and the moments captured.

✦ Editing Style

Every gallery is edited in my signature style while keeping the final result natural. If you have a particular vision, color preference or inspiration, I am always happy to discuss it with you at the time of booking.

✦ Gallery Delivery

Standard sessions are typically delivered within 3 to 7 days. Larger events and extended sessions may require approximately 7 to 14 days.

Your photographs will be delivered through a private online gallery. Galleries remain available for one year. I recommend downloading and saving all of your photographs after delivery to make sure you always have access to them.

Prints and other physical products are available for an additional cost upon request.

✦ Copyright & Portfolio

Copyright remains with the photographer. I may select photographs from your session to share on my website, portfolio and social media.

For private or personal moments, I will always check with you before sharing. If you prefer to keep certain photographs or your entire session private, please let me know before or when your gallery is delivered.
